Consultation has concluded

From 2027, families will be able to access up to 20 hours of Pre-Prep each week, as part of the Victorian Government’s transition from Four-Year-Old Kindergarten to Pre-Prep.

We want to hear from parents, carers of young children, and those planning for a family to help shape how Pre-Prep is delivered locally.

Why your voice matters?

Your feedback will:

  • Help us understand what families need from Pre-Prep in South Gippsland.
  • Support local service providers to prepare for a smooth rollout on Pre-Prep.

How to Get Involved?

You can attend a focus group session at:

  • Korumburra – Karmai Children’s Centre
    Wednesday 8 October | 4.30pm – 5.30pm
  • Loch – Loch Recreation Reserve
    Tuesday 14 October | 10.30am – 11.30am
  • Leongatha – Early Learning Centre
    Tuesday 14 October | 4.00pm – 5.00pm
  • Toora – Primary School
    Tuesday 21 October | 11.00am – 12.00pm
