About South Gippsland Planning Scheme Amendment C-133 The Amendment has been prepared by Council to rezone the land at 14 Radovick Street, Korumburra from Public Use Zone 3 and 6, to Commercial 1 Zone and General Residential Zone Schedule 1.
Make a Submission by 5.00pm, 17 June 2025.
The Planning Scheme Amendment process is a statutory process that is transparent and public, where all parties affected can provide input into the Amendment.
As required by the Planning and Environment Act 1987, your submission will be made available for public viewing on Council's website and be provided to other parties involved in the Planning Scheme Amendment process, including Planning Panels Victoria and the Minister for Planning.
If you choose to make a submission, you consent to your submission and name being made public through the Amendment process and being published in reports that will remain public indefinitely.
