Foster Structure Plan

Council is currently reviewing the Foster Structure Plan (2008) which guides the future of Foster. The project is expected to update the Foster Framework Plan which guides the town's growth.

Discussion Paper Consultation

The Discussion Paper is the first step in updating the Plan and is an opportunity for the community to raise ideas, issues and opportunities for the town.

You can find out more and provide your input by:

• Reading the Discussion Paper or Summary Document available in the 'Documents' section;
• Filling out the survey below;
• Uploading a written submission;
• Participating in the online discussion board or interactive map below; or
• Attending a drop-in session:
  • Foster Main Street (covered laneway) - 9.00am to 12.00pm (past)
  • Prom Produce and Craft Market (Foster Showgrounds) - 9.00am to 11.00am

This is a great opportunity to shape the Draft Structure Plan that will be available for public comment in 2023. Comments received and any further investigations undertaken will inform the preparation of the final Plan.
