Proposed Sale of Land: Part 71 MacDonald Street, Leongatha

Council at its ordinary meeting held 18 June 2025 proposed to commence statutory procedures to sell part of the land known as Part 71 MacDonald Street, Leongatha Reservation No.1 LP21596S being 127m2 to the adjoining landowner for consolidation for no less than the valuation to be obtained not more than 6 months prior to the sale and remove the reservation status.

Members of the public are invited to make a submission regarding the proposed sale of land. Submissions may be lodged via the survey linked below or addressed in writing to the Chief Executive Officer at 9 Smith Street, Leongatha, VIC 3953.

Anyone making a submission is entitled to be heard in support of their views. If you or a representative wish to speak in support of your submission, please clearly indicate this within your submission.

Please note that the name and address of each submitter will be disclosed at any public Council meeting where the proposal is considered.

If no submissions are received, the proposal will proceed as planned.
